As the Human Resource Manager, my job allows me to focus on one of the most important assets of our company; our employees. He’s responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of the corporate H&S, and Loss Control programs.
Mitch has over 22 years of experience managing safety programs in the construction arena, across multiple trades. Prior to his construction safety career, he spent 21 years managing facilities, diving and hyperbaric, and weapons safety, programs for the U. S. Navy.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]

With an entrepreneurial drive and 30 years of masonry industry experience, I incorporated ValCon Masonry in 2011. Prior to ValCon, I was the VP Admin/CFO of a leading commercial masonry contractor for 20 years.
