ValCon is a 100% woman owned, Class A Masonry Contractor serving Hampton Roads, the Virginia Peninsula and North East North Carolina areas. With an entrepreneurial drive and over 30 years in the Commercial Masonry Industry, ValCon was incorporated in 2011, by Cassandra Kramer.

Building construction isn’t the only thing we take pride in, we’re dedicated to our loyal hardworking team in more ways than one. Our team at ValCon has a passion for building and it shows to our clients. Whether we’re behind the scenes at headquarters or boots on the ground, we’re working together. Our foundation is built on working in unity to transform our clients’ visions into a reality.

ValCon’s management, administrative and field supervision have over 400+ years of combined construction and masonry industry experience. We motivate, inspire, work hard and smart.  By working individually or together as one unit, our team supports each other; administration, field supervision, bricklayers and mason tenders.  This is the ValCon team.

It begins with each employee’s commitment to a safe work environment. ValCon’s Director of Safety and Loss Control performs weekly site inspections, individual employee training, and each job hazard analysis plan.
